The bill (Reg. No. 2339) was adopted as a basis by the Verkhovna Rada on July 2, this year and the Committee prepared the bill for the second reading.
The bill suggests change the name of subvention from the state budget to local budgets for capital repairs of centralized water supply and sewage, by supplementing it with the following types of work: new construction and reconstruction of the objects of the abovementioned systems (in order to extend directions of subvention use).
Following the results of consideration, the Committee took the decision recommend the Verkhovna Rada adopt the draft law in the second reading and in entirety as a law, according the final version of the bill, suggested by the Committee.
